14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

14.1 General Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law, as BIFTSBO is headquartered and operates from Spain. Any disputes shall be primarily subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts in Valencia.

14.2 International Operations
BIFTSBO operates globally through our digital platform. While these terms are governed by Spanish law:

a) EU Residents
If you are a resident of the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of consumer law in your country of residence. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under EU law.

b) UK Customers
